St Vincent homes owner Eric Claudet is one of the biggest crooks I have ever met. His townhomes are cheaply built and he will let any one rent from him. My wife and I and three kids lived in one until he moved a family in next door and there kids beat up my two year old girl twice and we had already loved there seven months with no problems he had the nerve to ask me what my kids were doing. The next time the older kids hit her my wife called the police and the lady next door threatened to kill my wife and yet he done nothing until we threatened to move and then he moved them to another townhome around the corner. Funny huh and he is suppose to be a Christian. I had paid rent but I put astrophysics payment on the check because I can not put my family in this predicament and now he has turned my check into district attorney’s office after keeping a 1200 dollar deposit. Sound like a chrism company to you or a crook I think after what I have written you know how I feel I will let you be the judge if you feel comfortable doing business with someone like this.
